At Rutlands Limited, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase for your home. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer service team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unused condition and securely packaged in the original box with all manuals and accessories included.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Attach the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized collection point or schedule a home pickup for larger furniture items.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
